FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything worth knowing before visiting MooMoo Steakhouse in Krakow — bookings, parking, the menu and our beef.

Do I need to book a table?

Booking is not required, but we strongly recommend it — especially on Friday and Saturday evenings. You can reserve online through MojStolik or call the restaurant directly.

Where can I park nearby?

All three restaurants are in central Krakow, inside the paid parking zone. The closest options to Sienna 9 and Świętego Krzyża 15 are the underground car parks near the Main Market Square and on Karmelicka street. For Szeroka 3 in Kazimierz there is street parking and a car park at Plac Wolnica.

Is there a dress code?

There is no dress code. Most guests go for smart casual, but come as you feel comfortable — the atmosphere matters more than a tie.

What is dry-aged beef?

Beef that has matured for several weeks in controlled temperature and humidity. The process concentrates the flavour and naturally tenderises the meat, producing a deeper, nuttier character that cannot be achieved any other way. We have been dry-ageing selected cuts since 2012.

Which steak should I order first?

Ribeye. It is the most marbled and the most forgiving cut, staying juicy even if cooked a little longer. If you prefer leaner meat, choose the tenderloin. Our staff are happy to advise at the table.

What doneness do you recommend?

Medium rare. With premium beef this preserves both juiciness and texture. That said, we will cook your steak exactly the way you like it.

Can I bring children?

Yes, children are welcome. We have high chairs available and the kitchen will prepare smaller portions on request.

Do you host events and group bookings?

Yes. Group bookings for up to 25 guests can be made online. For larger events please call us or use the contact form and we will arrange the menu and details with you.

Do you accept card payments?

Yes, all our locations accept card and contactless payments.
